Follow these simple steps to place your order:

Step 1: Browse Our Products

Explore our collections — from custom keychains and tumblers to mugs and apparel. Use the navigation menu or the search bar to find what you're looking for.

Step 2: Select Your Item

Click on the product you like. Choose your preferred size, color, or customization options, then click "Add to Cart".

Step 3: Review Your Cart

Click the cart icon at the top of the page to review your items. Make sure everything looks right before proceeding.

Step 4: Checkout

Click "Checkout" and enter your shipping information. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and more.

Step 5: Confirm Your Order

Once your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

Ordering Custom & Personalized Products

At KC Pro-Shop, many of our products can be fully customized just for you! Here's how the process works:

How to Order a Custom Product

  1. Choose your product — Select the item you want to personalize, such as a keychain, tumbler, mug, or apparel.
  2. Select your options — Pick your preferred size, color, and material if applicable.
  3. Add your customization details — In the notes or customization field on the product page, enter your personalization details (name, text, logo, design, etc.).
  4. Upload your design (if required) — Some products allow you to upload an image or logo. Make sure your file is high resolution (300 DPI or higher) for the best print quality.
  5. Add to Cart & Checkout — Complete your order as usual.

Production & Shipping Times

Custom orders require additional production time. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Important Notes

  • Please double-check all spelling and details before submitting your order, as custom items cannot be changed once production begins.
  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • If you have a special request or need a proof before printing, contact us before placing your order.
